Important updates for the RHIA exam:
Beginning April 21, 2014, the RHIA exam will transition to ICD-10 and immediate scoring will not be available. Due to the updated exam questions the exam will be in a beta period for the duration of 10 to 12 weeks. During this time score reports will not be available.
